• We appointed D.Ravi & Team as a consultant to make a comprehensive business review of one of our loss making Group companies in 2011. Mr Ravi embarked upon a deep dive into our entire business processes onsite and offsite. He and his team inter-alia covered plant and laboratory resources, organisation structure and human resources, existing business processes and poured over lots of data. He made extensive analysis and recommended several measures such as removing plant bottlenecks, downsizing of staff in specific pockets, streamlining business processes, etc. We renewed this assignment every year thereafter since we were seeing the benefits of following his advice. The company attained significant growth in revenues, turned around from a loss making to a profitable company, improved productivity in various segments and cleaned up our balance sheet.
